Growing up in Cheyenne and going to school in Laramie has brought me in contact with the little town of Saratoga Wy several times. Mainly due to it being directly on the North Platte River, where I have spent most of my time fishing through the years. Anyhow a kind gentlemen from the East coast by the name of Bob Senesi was staying here at the Longhorn, and we got to talking and he mentioned he had just came from Saratoga. He stated that the river was huge and the military was preparing for some serious water to come down. These are a few of the pictures that Mr.Senesi has shared with me. These were taken on June 8th and 9th.
